What is the Youth in Food Program?
The Youth in Food Program is a flagship initiative by Ghana Food Movement, now proudly running its 5th edition. Over 6 months, the program offers practical training, industry exposure, and access to real job opportunities in Ghana’s food and agriculture sector. Whether you're into farming, food innovation, or agri-tech—this program is your launchpad.
THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF 3 PARTS

Technical Skills Training
For 2 weeks to 1 month, you’ll get practical training in cool, in-demand agro skills to boost your chances of getting a job or staying in the game. Think: agroecology, organic farming, irrigation, agronomy, and even drone and tractor operations.
SOFT SKILLS TRAINING
Every two months, you'll join fun and useful online sessions to build skills that actually matter — like how to communicate better, present yourself with confidence, manage your time, understand your rights at work, and even learn directly from inspiring CEOs.
